1General provisions

The company SoLinky SAS, whose registered office is located at 621 Rue Georges Méliès, 34000 Montpellier, registered with the Montpelliers Trade and Companies Register under number 881 651 806, with a share capital of 21,000 euros, represented by Abdellah AIT SAID, its Chairman (hereinafter "SoPUMP"), processes your data for the purposes of communication and/or commercial prospecting in order to offer and present its products and services to you and to communicate with you.

2.legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing is:

your consent if you have expressly agreed to be contacted by SoPUMP (for example by filling in the demo request form on our website) or if you have given your consent to a third party (notably SoLinky) to transmit your data to its commercial partners of which SoPUMP is a part;

SoPUMP's legitimate interest, in particular to develop its customer base. In this case, your data has been collected by SoPUMP from publicly available sources;

the execution of a contract if you are part of a SoPUMP client company.

3.data concerned by the processing

The personal data subject to processing are your surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone/fax number, the company in which you work, your job title, and any other information you may provide to us in the course of your dealings with us.

4Recipients of the data

Your personal data may be communicated to authorized SoPUMP personnel and to our service providers for the sole purpose of communication and prospecting. In this context, your data remains under our control and SoPUMP requires its service providers to implement strict confidentiality and data protection measures and to comply with the legislation applicable to the processing of your data.

Apart from the cases set out above, SoPUMP undertakes not to give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent unless compelled to do so by virtue of a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.)

5.data transfer

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Union and in countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.

In this case, SoPUMP is committed to ensuring that the security and confidentiality of your data is preserved, in particular through:

the signing, on a case-by-case basis, of standard contractual clauses or contracts for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR

6.shelf life

Your data is kept for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of its collection, the last contact from you if you are a prospect or the end of the commercial relationship if you are a SoPUMP client, it being specified that you may object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

7.your rights

If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by sending an e-mail to contact@sopump.io.

In any event, you may object to the processing of your personal data by sending an e-mail to contact@sopump.io.

You may also access your personal data and request its deletion and/or rectification, or exercise your right to data portability and processing restriction.

If, after contacting us, you feel that your data protection rights have not been respected, or that the data collection system does not comply with data protection rules, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
